When you purchase a contact list, you’re buying a personal-use license, not ownership of the data. You may use the list for your own promotional or networking purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing these lists with others is not allowed.

2. Payment and Refunds

Payment methods available at checkout include major credit and debit cards, along with other options shown on the purchase page.

Because these are digital products, refunds are generally not available once the list has been delivered.

Please note that there is no guarantee that any contact will respond, feature, or support your work.

3. Intellectual Property

These lists are the result of significant personal research and effort. While the contact information itself belongs to the individuals or organizations listed, the organization, formatting, and compilation of the lists belong to the site owner. You are licensing that work when you buy a list.

I do my best to keep all information current and relevant. However, contact details and websites sometimes change without notice. I cannot guarantee accuracy, responsiveness, or any specific results from using these lists. Any advice or tips shared are informal and not professional advice.

6. Access & Delivery

Downloads will be sent via email after purchase. If you don’t see your download, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, reach out directly via email, text, or Instagram — I personally handle all customer messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Any dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in California. In most cases, I’ll work directly with you to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
