FAQ - Submit To Music Blogs
-
What Are You Offering?
This website offers lists of tastemakers in the music industry and the best way to contact them. You’ll find contact lists of music blogs and music supervisors, who pick music for film and TV.
-
What Contact Information is Available?
The blog lists have been put together with the best way to contact the blog in mind. You’ll find a contact or website link, email address, and/or social media. The sync music supervisors list is simply a list of music supervisors and their emails.
-
Are These Lists Any Good?
The blog lists are up to date as of Fall 2025. The music supervisor list is up to date as of Spring. These are contacts that are 100% active. The blogs and supervisors are located mostly in The US, with some in the UK and Europe.
-
How Do I Even Approach Them?
First, follow their preferred contact method. Most blogs offer submission guidelines. Sync supervisors are a little trickier. Either way, introduce yourself and send your music. If not specified, start with a link instead of a file. For music supervisors, send files via Disco for best results.
-
How Did You Find Them?
I have collected these lists of music blogs and supervisors over the last few years as a PR representative for unsigned and independent artists. Many of these blogs have featured my artists. Before publishing them, I doublechecked each blog to make sure it remains active. NO AI has been used in compiling these lists.

Any tips for reaching out?
Always check for submission guidelines on the blog website. With sync supervisors, use a direct approach and have your files in a Disco or Dropbox link (they prefer Disco). Take some time to inform yourself about what music supervisors expect before reaching out. Many music blogs prefer artists to reach out on their own, but some might be more responsive to a PR rep or manager (so make a second email and act as your own manager).
